Very well engineered and manufactured for self assembly. I did not run into a single part that was out of tolerance or which could not be inserted and tightened with the tool supplied. The locking mechanism is a weakness. Indeed, don't count on it to keep drawers locked since it is just a plastic strip. I found the strip would not hold against pressure.

This arrived in great shape although the driver complained about the weight. I timed the assembly and it took me 2 hours and 10 minutes. I even used a power drill for most of the assembly.
You have to be very careful when inserting the drawers. On one of them, I didn't slide the ball bearing slide all the way to the front and the drawer jammed it which caused the ball bearings to all come out. I called service and they immediately shipped me a replacement slide, no questions asked.
The only negative is that the big drawer has the same slides and therefore can only hold the same weight as the small drawers. I expected it to be at least twice as strong since I wanted to put some heavy items in it.
The wood top looks great - much better than just a metal one.
I put my 12" drill press on the top of this and all my drill accessories and turned pens accessories in the drawers. Finally, I got all this stuff in one place and organized.
I plan on buying one or two more of these.

These cabinets from Seville are top quality. They are a peice of cake to put together, everything fits exactly (must have been done on a CNC machine). My pet peeve is when a company shorts you hardware. These even include a package of extra screws and the screwdriver to put it together. Also includes the drawer liners.
These products are much better than what you will find at Lowes & HD, they are less expensive,powdercoated and the top is almost too nice to use.
I am hard to please - you WON'T be disappointed in these cabinets. Worth every dime. Mine are for garage use but you could use this one in the kitchen if you have the right decor.
