I bought one PivotTrim. It worked very well. Then I called the company asked if the product would work on a new trimmer I had purchased. The owner, yes the owner, said it would and said he personally guaranteed it. I odered the second one and found that it would not fit my trimmer. I sent several emails and even called to speak with the owner. He was no help and seemed to forget about his guarantee.
If Pivottriim works, it really workis. But make sure it fits your trimmer. It does not work on the Poulan PP335.

The description states this product fits 99% of all weedeaters. I have two different brands, one straight shaft, one curved shaft and with the installation instructions provided couldn't figure out how to attach the item to either one. Disappointed, because I was hoping the product was going to reduce the need for changing filaments. I'm going to keep working with it to try and figure out how to make it work with at least one of my weedeaters.
