Update: The box I originally purchased through Amazon did not have a serial number. The Magic Flight website clearly states items without a serial number do NOT have the lifetime warranty. They were kind enough to mail me a legitimate box with a serial in exchange with the one I bought on Amazon. The sketchy placement of this VERY RELEVANT piece of information is not on the product page, leading me to suspect the sellers know they are not distributing authorized Magic Boxes. They pointed me to some obscure product return page that suggests the items do not have serials and that warranties would be covered through them.

The new box smokes better and is made of darker wood. I would highly suggest paying $10 more and buying directly from Magic Flight instead of purchasing the serial-less units via other resellers!!

Great little invention. A friend showed me his a few months ago and I was unimpressed. In hindsight I did not use a grinder and did not know how to properly take a hit off of the device.

I bought the box a week ago after reading mounds of great reviews. After going over the FAQ on their website and toking up, I would like to sum-up my experience as purely awesome. The little thing is convenient, efficient, and clean. My bowls seem to last longer even though I have no way of objectively verifying that observation.

I used to smoke before I went to bed. This caused me to wake up with dehydrated sinuses and smoky breath. No longer!

Definitely a worthy investment.

Well made personal vaporizer!! Works great once u get used to it. Simple and clean. Much less waste of product than traditional methods, less smoke. I use the leftovers for baking. Would recommend additional batteries. Comes with a lifetime warranty. Cant go wrong. Buy it!!
