This device works wonderfully and is very accurate. I have an IPAQ 2215 with a 1gig SD card and I have not had any issues downloading maps, routes, etc... If you are thinking about doing some research on this, stay away from pocketpcmag.com. The 'mantra' of the 'expert' on that site is if you are not buying bluetooth then it sucks.

I purchased my CF Que 1620 from an Ebay seller 1 month ago. The seller did not have the MapSource unlock code, but Garmin's excellent customer service dept. provided me with the code for my unit once it was determined the code had not been activated by the previous owner. I give Garmin's customer service department 5+ stars, they even offered to stay on the phone with me as I unlocked the product (after normal business hours!). The product was shipped to me with Mapsource v5 and since a newer version was available (v6) I signed up on Garmin's website to receive the updated software (free upgrade / free shipping). It arrived about a week later and installed with no problem (using a new unlock code). My initial tests with the CF Que were not good. After inserting the CF Que into my PDA (an Ipaq hx2415) I would have satellite lock within 1 minute, but after 10-20 minutes satellite lock would be lost permanently. The only way to reset the CF Que (and regain satellite lock) was to re-insert it into my PDA and hope it worked again. At first I thought I had a defective CF Que but I soon received an email from HP (manufacturer of my Ipaq) that a problem had been discovered with the CF slot dropping "modem connections". Since the CF Que acts as a modem in the CF slot I decided to try the upgraded ROM for my PDA provided by HP. Wow, what a difference the ROM upgrade made. Satellite lock occurs in 1 minute like before, but the CF Que doesn't drop satellite connection now. I used my Ipaq and CF Que to make a 5 hour trip into West Virginia last weekend and lost satellite connection only once, during a 180 degree turn up a steep mountain road. Within 20 seconds the CF Que had re-established satellite lock and never lost it again even after several more 180 degree turns. I am very pleased with my CF Que now that my Ipaq CF problem has been resolved and would recommend the CF Que to anyone needing robust turn by turn PDA-GPS capability.

I've puchased Garmin cfQue1620 for my vacation trip from Philadelphia, PA to Toronto, Canada and back via NY City. I've used this unit with my Axim X5 (400 MHz running under MS PPC 2003).The unit worked fine, with few hickups; while routing to the hotel that I was planning to stay in Niagara Falls (Canadian side) it was directing us to a special bridge on the river that only special card holders are allowed to pass (perhaps Garmin people will fix these issues when they hear these hickups from users). The second hickup occured in Toronto where the unit missed the exit that we supposed to take for shore destination (perhaps I was driving a little fast comparing with US standard ;-)...). Nevertheless, I'm very happy with this purchase and wouldn't leave my home for such a trip without cfQue 1620, good job Garmin!

After much research...I got this bag.

Pros:
Reasonably light (3 pounds empty I think).
Reasonably sized (not as slim as my old bag...which had no padding)
Has a removable Accessory bag for my mouse and power supply (pretty spacious!). This was THE feature I wanted.
Lots of pockets/places to store things, lots of room for documents, pens, accessories.
Suprisingly easy to carry, either by handle or strap...Oddly more so than my unpadded older case. I guess it might be the padded handle and padded sides. It's comfortable to carry around.

Cons:
No dedicated "slots" to hold my 802.11g card, I stick it in one of the secured pockets. No big deal especially since My new laptop will have built in wireless.
No space to hold a large (I mean large) book, normal books should fit easily (a bunch of them actually).
I don't use or carry CD Disks with me, so that feature is pretty useless..but I guess nice to have.

Pros:
Good looking in all surroundings.
Protects my computer very well.
Well made and durable ..great zippers.
Very roomy but not bulky. ...Room for several good sized books, in addition to folders, DVD/CDs and all the laptop "paraphenalia" (adaptor, cords, mouse, etc.)
Even has a little netting/pocket that folds out large enough to carry a one liter bottle of (Dasani) water!
Easily works as a carry-on for travel.

Cons:
Not the lightest case I've picked up.
No "feet". Sits on ground and can get wet/stain when set on any surface that is even slightly wet or muddy.
Handle, while it is surprisingly comfortable, it is a velcro thingie holding two handles together. Velcro tends to show "age" by picking up hair, hay and stuff, and it tends to hold less.
Phone pocket looks a little "cheesy" with the yellow phone symbol on it. (But.. Hey! it's removable!)

My job requires me to go from semi-formal (college classrooms) to casual surroundings (a barn at a zoo), and my "office" is where-ever I can set up my laptop. I needed something that would look good, wear well and carry a lot of stuff.

I didn't need to carry a backpack full of stuff, nor did I want to look that informal. I think carrying a backpack looks silly if you're wearing a suit. I didn't want the hassle or expense of leather. I'm not an executive, I sure don't want to look like one.

I do have stuff to carry though, more than just the laptop. Most cases were either too small, or too big and bulky.

This is the ideal case for me. Carries my papers, a couple of books, my water, my phone (occasionally) ...and best of all, it takes very good care of my laptop.

For the occasional air traveler it works very well. It is easy to get the computer out for security checks and it has a strap that lets it attach to the handle of my rolling luggage. I don't have the bulk of a backpack to sling around, but it does have a pretty comfortable shoulder strap for when you have to go from one end of DFW to the other.

I highly recommend it.

This bag is just great. I got it for my Inspiron 9300. I was very limited on bag choices because of the 17" widescreen. When I found this bag I just loved it. Sporty design, especially since most of the bags look too business oriented.

Everything fits perfectly in the bag. Its made very well and features a lot of different places to store your accessories. I can put just about anything I need in there. Including wireless mouse, power adapter, cds, cell phone, water, some games, and whatever else i can think of.

I would highly suggest this product. It comfortable and easy to put all your computer supplies in with a great look. Must buy for 17" screens!

This case is just like it is described. It fits the Palm Pixi (Plus) like a glove and it has an inside slot that holds a credit card or two. The handle is also convenient. Even though I do not particularly care for the color pink (it's kind of funny considering that almost all of my gadgets have pink cases) it works for me. I was looking for an exact replacement for my old remote and this works perfect.
Batteries are not included. So you will need 2 AAA's
I kinda doubt that this isn't brand new but who cares all I needed was the replacement for my lost remote.

This doesn't need to set up anything just put your batteries in then you are ready to go.

Worked on my tv right out of the box. The buttons are large and easy to read. Also, there is a button that allows you to illuminate the remote so you can see the keys in the dark. Great buy.

These arrived quickly and were easy to apply, with no extra glue. Huge letters that are easy to read. I received the color I asked for (white-on-black). I'm not exactly vision-impaired but I bought these because the letters on my laptop were wearing off - and these are MUCH easier to read than those were.

My husband isn't familiar with the keyboard. He was having difficulty using it since, in addition to the fact that the letters were small, some of the letters had completely worn off the keys. We had replaced them before this but they wore off again. These letters are large and are underneath a protective film. Easy to replace too.

This is a pretty clever watchband for the iPod nano that I will use when I work out at the gym or when running. It would have been nice to have more side vents to make it more breathable. A leather strap would also be nicer for everyday wear. Otherwise I think it is a very well designed product and makes for a nice conversation piece. It would even be cooler if the nano had bluetooth and I could use wireless headphones with it. Perhaps one day we will see Apple coming out with an iPod nano with bluetooth capability, a phone, and camera for video calls (like the Dick Tracy phone).

Bought this so I could enjoy my music while I run on the treadmill, without the risk of dropping my more expensive phone. The built in nano clip is pretty good, but I am always worried it will fall. This nano band really solved my problems, and I couldn't be happier.

The band itself is great quality, far better than most of the cheap ones I have looked at prior to purchasing this one. The band is very comfortable once you break it in, very soft and doesn't feel like cheap material at all. The mounting system is quite robust and I have no fears of it coming loose. Available in a variety of great colors as well!

If I had any complaints it would be that the band is kind of bulky, but given the size of the nano I don't think it can be any smaller than it is. I also think $25 is a bit steep, but I can forgive that considering the quality.

All in all I would recommend this to any nano owners.

I went to the Apple store ready to by the Griffin Slap but the Apple genius showed me the Iwatchz band and I was sold. The Iwatchz band is just as comfortable as a regular watch band and looks like a regular band, but the nano in it gets a lot of attention. Not hard to get the Nano in and out of the band, but took me a few times to figure it out. Here is a tip for using the Nano clock, under settings, turn the "time on wake" to on. That way anytime you push the on button the first thing you see is the clock. I was really tempted to get the red Nano that can only be purchased at the Apple Store, because it looked so good in the black band. Get the Iwatchz, it will make your Nano that much of a better purchase.

I absolutely love the smell and shine of Philosophy's Red Velvet Cake Lip Shine. It is accurately named as it smells just like yummy red velvet cake I remember eating as a child. It applies velvety smooth, the shine lasts and you can wear it alone because it has a slight tint to it or over your fav lipstick colour. Five stars for the product but I feel it is a bit pricey as far as quantity is concerned.

I have been using my Visor since December of 1999 and it has been GREAT! Besides the great features for a reasonable price, it has filled a need for me to have updated information with me wherever I go. With this Visor, I keep it synched with both my work and home computers. Before this, I would always be at home - and needing an email address on my work comuter - and vice versa. Plus the hassle and weight of carrying a paper calendar and notebook, from which I had to transfer information by hand every year to a new one. Now I have all my info all the time - and it serves as the "link" keeping home and work computers on the same page. I am now so ORGANIZED! <smile>. I did a lot of research and spoke with several "tech" friends - who all recommended the Visor over the Palm. I have compared models belonging to friends and firmly believe I have the better PDA - at a better price. Buy it!

Handspring Visor (Graphite) Review by "need2padl" (Salt Lake, UT)

I've had my Visor for 2 months now and it has been a great purchase. Compared to the Palm IIIe and Palm M100, I believe it is superior in almost every facet. My girlfriend has a Palm IIIe and the only drawbacks I can think of for the visor are: the cover, the stylus, and lack of ROM. The cover is definitely a little annoying to deal with and handspring should really create a flip cover like palm devices have. The stylus that comes with the visor isn't as nice as the one that comes w/ the IIIe, but this is rather minor as it is plenty good to get the job done. The lack of ROM isn't as big of an issue to me because newer versions of the OS are mainly different to allow the newer devices' features to work properly (color display for Palm IIIc and Visor Prism), and in most cases do not affect the functionality of older devices. On the other hand, the visor can offer users so many more possibilities than a comparable device by palm. Springboards are now abundant and the options available are really amazing (check them out before you buy either palm or handspring). Although currently they are relatively expensive, as with any new technology, in due time the price will come down to level where the average buyer will be able to afford them. One main reason I bought a visor rather than a comparable palm was because I was worried that RAM would be an issue sometime in the near future. With Visor, you can buy a RAM springboard and get on with life again, with a Palm, what you start off with is what you will end up with. Before I bought mine, I didn't know how much I would use my visor or what I would use it for. I didn't want to get stuck with a device that wouldn't meet my needs if I ended up using it a lot.

Finally, just some advice for those buying PDAs: regardless of which brand you buy, think about what you will use it for. For example, if you aren't going to have a ton of reference data or books stored on your PDA, 2 MBs will get you through quite a bit. Buy a PDA that will take care of your needs, but also one that will allow a little growth (most people don't realize how much potential there is for their PDA... tons of free downloadable programs). Finally, I highly suggest buying some type of protective case (there are some nice small ones out there that aren't too bulky, e.g. a palmglove or the new handspring neoprene) for carrying your PDA around in. Whatever brand you buy, it won't be able to hold up to very many drops (if any) or sitting down on in your back pocket.

My Palm IIIx (which I loved) slipped out of my hand, and as luck would have it, fell face down on a rock. Bye-Bye IIIx. Since I've become addicted to PDA's I waited several days until my mourning period was over and was ready to by another IIIx (actually IIIxe, the IIIx replacement). Didn't even think about buying another make or model since I was so satisfied with my IIIx for the year that I had it. I mentioned my loss to a fellow worker, who had a black (graphite) 2MB Handspring Visor. Found out that it not only used the Palm OS, but that the company was created by some of the folks who worked at Palm, which suggested to me that with all that know-how, the Handspring would be as good as my Palm or even more so. When she showed me that back of her Handspring, and I saw the removable module, that did it! The one thing I had always wished the PDA's had were interchangable modules, like my Texas Instruments T-58 programable calculator from over twenty years ago! If only my Palm had a backup module I would very rarely have to hot-sync to my laptop to backup my data, and here it was in the Visor. Even though there is an 8MB model, for my purposes I never even used half of the 4MB in my Palm, so the 2MB Handspring model was plenty. Plus, if the time came where I did need more memory, there is an 8MB flash memory module that I could slip into the handspring. That did it. I've had mine for two weeks now (with the optional backup module and a metal stylus to replace the plastic one that comes with the 2MB model). I love it! The screen is tack sharp, and I've had no problems what so ever. If you are in the market for a PDA, check out Handspring before making your decision.
